Acecook Vietnam was founded in 1993 (opened 1995) as a joint venture bringing Japanese instant-noodle technology to Vietnam. Headquartered in Ho Chi Minh City, it runs 11 factories and 7 branches nationwide. It leads the market with roughly 40% share, selling over 3 billion packs a year under 20+ brands, led by flagship Hảo Hảo, plus Đệ Nhất, Modern, and Udon Sukisuki. FY2023 revenue was about VND 15 trillion.
