Description
AgiBot (智元机器人, Zhiyuan Robotics) is a Shanghai-based humanoid robotics company founded in 2023 by former Huawei engineers Deng Taihua and Peng Zhihui. Its flagship Yuanzheng A2 humanoid robot holds a Guinness World Record for farthest distance walked by a humanoid robot, and the Genie line is also part of its product range. The company began mass production of humanoid robots at its Shanghai factory in late 2024, making it one of the first companies in the sector to reach that stage.
