Founded in 2004 in Abu Dhabi and listed on the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX: ALDAR) since 2005, Aldar is Abu Dhabi's largest listed property developer. It is master developer of Yas Island, home to Yas Marina Circuit, Ferrari World and Yas Mall, plus major projects on Saadiyat and Al Reem islands. In 2025 the group posted record sales of AED 40.6 billion and record net profit of AED 8.8 billion, expanding into Dubai and abroad.
