Description
The new-energy-vehicle arm of state-owned Beijing Automotive Group (BAIC), founded in 2009 and headquartered in Beijing. A pioneer of China's NEV market, it led the country in pure-electric passenger car sales for several consecutive years in the 2010s (EU-series, EX-series models) and also produces electric taxis and light commercial EVs, operating its own assembly plants and battery production lines.
