Description

Beidahuang Group is China's largest state-owned agricultural conglomerate, headquartered in Harbin, Heilongjiang province. Its origins trace to state farms established by demobilized soldiers after 1947; the Heilongjiang Land Reclamation Bureau, founded in 1976, was reorganized into today's corporate group in 2018. It comprises 9 subsidiaries and 113 state farms across roughly 3 million hectares, yielding over 20 million tons of grain annually.
