Big C is owned by Berli Jucker (BJC), part of TCC Group. In June 2025, together with AWC, BJC opened a new format, 'Big C at Phenix' in Pratunam, Bangkok, blending retail, tourism and dining, including a Live Promotion Corner for real-time TikTok and Instagram livestreaming. At the same time, in 2025 BJC closed underperforming Big C Mini outlets amid falling retail sales (THB 24.27 billion in Q3, down 4.4% YoY), as the group shifts its strategy from product-based to platform-based.
