Chaayos, founded in 2012 by Nitin Saluja and Raghav Verma in Gurugram, is a tech-enabled Indian tea café chain with 200+ outlets nationwide. Its proprietary IoT brewing machine, 'Chai Monk,' automates roughly 80% of the brewing process and supports about 80,000 flavour combinations. Chaayos posted ₹310.6 crore revenue in FY2025, up 25% year-on-year, while cutting losses by over half.
