Description

Cộng Cà Phê opened in 2007 on Triệu Việt Vương street in Hanoi, founded by former singer Linh Dung. Its retro-military decor — green subsidy-era hues, wooden school desks, old certificates — evokes Vietnam's 'bao cấp' subsidy period (1976-1986). Its signature drink is coconut-milk coffee. By 2025 the chain had grown to more than 100 cafés across three continents, including outlets in Toronto (opened 2023) and Paris (opened 2025).
