Description
Cookhouse is Malaysia's first independent shared/cloud-kitchen facility, founded by chef Huen Su San in Petaling Jaya, Klang Valley. Its roughly 10,000-sq-ft space houses five private kitchen studios, a shared bakery, Asian and Western kitchens, cold storage, and rider pickup stations — a "kitchen as a service" model letting food entrepreneurs run delivery and online brands without leasing their own premises. The company has planned expansion to around 10 outlets across the Klang Valley.
