CSOT (China Star Optoelectronics Technology, 华星光电), founded in Shenzhen in November 2009, is the display-panel subsidiary of TCL Technology. It produces LCD, OLED, quantum-dot and MicroLED panels for TVs, monitors and mobile devices at fabs in Shenzhen, Wuhan, Guangzhou and a joint venture in India, ranking among the world's top three TV-panel makers and a key supplier to global brands including Samsung and LG.
