Founded by chairman Hussain Sajwani, whose DAMAC Group dates to 1982, with the real-estate arm established in 2002. DAMAC Properties listed on the Dubai Financial Market in December 2015. Known for luxury towers co-branded with Versace, Fendi Casa and Cavalli, plus Trump-affiliated golf projects. Reported roughly $3.6 billion revenue in 2024 and has delivered tens of thousands of units across the UAE, Saudi Arabia and other markets.
