Deppon Logistics was founded in Shanghai in September 1996 by Cui Weixing, building its reputation on less-than-truckload (LTL) road freight before expanding into express parcels, air freight and warehousing. In 2018 it became the first integrated logistics firm in China to IPO on the Shanghai Stock Exchange (603056.SS). Its network spans over 5,200 outlets across 34 provinces, serving 550+ cities with nearly 9,000 freight vehicles.
