DHL Express is part of Deutsche Post DHL Group, the world's largest logistics company (founded 1969 in San Francisco). Its Middle East and Africa operations, headquartered in Dubai and Bahrain, cover more than 19 MENA countries with over 5,000 employees. DHL opened a 42,000 sq ft express hub at Dubai International Airport in 1996 and a new Innovation Center in Dubai in 2025, reinforcing the emirate's role as a regional logistics gateway.
