Description
DMCC (Dubai Multi Commodities Centre) was established in 2002 by royal decree in Dubai's Jumeirah Lake Towers district as a free zone for commodities trading — precious metals, diamonds, agriculture, tea and energy. It now hosts over 25,000 registered companies, contributing about 15% of Dubai's annual foreign direct investment, and has been named the world's top free zone for nine consecutive years by the Financial Times' fDi magazine.
