Description
A 50-50 Sino-Japanese joint venture between Dongfeng Motor Group and Nissan Motor, established on June 9, 2003 with registered capital of RMB 16.7 billion and headquartered in Wuhan. It produces Nissan, Venucia and Infiniti passenger vehicles alongside Dongfeng-badged commercial trucks; for many years it was one of Nissan's largest joint ventures worldwide and a major contributor to Dongfeng Group's sales and profits.
