Description
The 'Douyin base' refers to the cluster of ByteDance/Douyin office complexes in Hangzhou, one of China's key internet-industry hubs alongside Beijing and Shenzhen. Around the Douyin ecosystem, the city has developed a cluster of e-commerce firms, MCN agencies, and live-commerce service providers, including Youzan and Wuyou Media. Hangzhou is also Alibaba's headquarters city, making the region a major e-commerce and internet-technology hub.
