Description
Dreame Technology was founded in 2017 in Suzhou by Yu Hao, whose team grew out of Tsinghua's student-run "Sky Workshop" makerspace. It makes robot vacuums, cordless stick and wet-dry vacuums, robotic lawn mowers and hair dryers built around high-speed digital motors and obstacle-avoidance AI. Revenue grew tenfold in 2020-2022; products served over 21 million households as of mid-2024. Total funding reached $578M, including a $563M Series C round in 2021.
