Description
Etihad Airways is the second flag carrier of the UAE, founded 11 July 2003 by royal decree, launched November 2003, headquartered in Khalifa City near Abu Dhabi's Zayed International Airport. Wholly owned by the Abu Dhabi government, it flies roughly 100-110 Airbus and Boeing aircraft, operating over 1,000 weekly flights to more than 120 destinations, and ranks second-largest UAE airline after Emirates.
