Formed in 1955 through the merger of 25 Foshan condiment producers, Haitian Flavouring & Food is the world's largest soy sauce maker and the leading Chinese producer of soy and oyster sauces, holding roughly 18% of the domestic soy sauce market. Headquartered in Foshan, Guangdong, it listed on the Shanghai exchange in 2012 and added a Hong Kong H-share listing in 2025.
