HLA (海澜之家, Heilan Home) was founded in 2002, opening its first store in Nanjing; the group is headquartered in Jiangyin, Jiangsu province. Following a restructuring and Shanghai Stock Exchange listing in April 2014 (ticker 600398), it became the largest garment-sector company by market capitalization in China's A-share market; besides the core HLA brand it also operates EICHITOO, BETTSALE and SANCANAL. 2024 revenue was about RMB 20.96 billion, down 2.65% year-on-year.
