Description
A Shenzhen-based industrial investment holding company founded in 2002 with registered capital of RMB 500 million, engaged in industrial investment, construction, and property management. In 2021 it acquired a 29.9% stake in China Calxon Group (嘉凯城集团) from Guangzhou Kailong Real Estate for RMB 2.8 billion, becoming the controlling shareholder of that commercial real estate developer.
