Description
Huayi Brothers is one of China's earliest and most successful private film companies, founded in Beijing in 1994 by brothers Wang Zhongjun and Wang Zhonglei, initially as an advertising agency before entering film and TV production, distribution and talent management in 1998. In 2009 it became the first company in China's film and TV industry to IPO, listing on the Shenzhen GEM board. Over three decades it grew into a major entertainment conglomerate spanning production, artist management and digital media.
