Al-Futtaim holds the IKEA franchise for the Middle East, operating stores in the UAE, Qatar, Egypt and Oman. Its UAE network includes large-format stores in Dubai and on Yas Island in Abu Dhabi, plus smaller formats such as Dalma Mall and City Centre Fujairah; Dubai South hosts IKEA's first Middle East distribution centre. IKEA's first Egyptian store opened at Cairo Festival City in 2013.
