Description

Indofood traces its roots to 1968 (the Lambang Insan Makmur noodle business); its Indomie brand launched in 1972, and the modern PT Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk structure formed in 1990-1994. Indomie is Indonesia's largest instant-noodle maker, run on highly automated lines. In 2008 the group entered dairy by taking control of PT Indolakto (founded 1967); in 2023 the dairy division generated roughly Rp 9.13 trillion in revenue for Indofood.
