Inside Scoop, founded in 2013 by Edmund Tan and Lim Shiew Li in Bangsar, Kuala Lumpur, is a Malaysian premium ice-cream and dessert café chain built to challenge international brands in a market they once dominated. All ice cream is made fresh locally from a central commercial kitchen supplying its multiple retail outlets, which have since expanded regionally, including a Singapore location near Bugis.
