Inspur (浪潮) is a Chinese server manufacturer and cloud solutions provider founded in 1983, headquartered in Jinan, Shandong province. It ranks among the world's top three server makers according to Gartner and IDC. Cloud services revenue reached RMB 2.76 billion in 2024, up 38.1% year-on-year. Inspur was placed on the US Entity List in 2023 and faced additional US export restrictions in March 2025 over concerns about military end-use of its technology.
