Jiaogepengyou (literally 'Make Friends') is a live-commerce studio founded in 2020 by entrepreneur and comedian Luo Yonghao, originally created to repay his large personal debt through livestream selling on Douyin. Headquartered in Beijing, it rapidly grew into one of China's leading live-commerce agencies, selling electronics, home goods, and consumer products through in-house and partner streamers.
