The Kalbe Business Innovation Centre (KBIC) campus in Jakarta, home to Regenic — Indonesia's first GMP (CPOB)-certified stem-cell production facility, built in 2012 by Kalbe subsidiary Bifarma Adiluhung — and the Stem Cell and Cancer Institute (SCI), founded in 2006 by Kalbe Farma owner Dr. Boenjamin Setiawan. Regenic's stated capacity reaches up to 80 billion allogeneic cells and 15,000 liters of secretome annually.
