KE Holdings (Beike, 贝壳) is China's leading online-to-offline housing transaction platform, headquartered in Beijing. Rooted in Lianjia brokerage (founded 2001) and relaunched as Beike in 2018 by Zuo Hui, it runs the Agent Cooperation Network (ACN) linking brokerages nationwide for resale and new-home listings. It listed on NYSE in 2020 and dual-primary-listed on HKEX in 2022 (ticker 2423). It also offers home renovation (Shengdu) and rental services; 2023 revenue was roughly RMB 93 billion.
