Description

Kopi Janji Jiwa was founded by Billy Kurniawan on 15 May 2018 in Jakarta; its first outlet at ITC Kuningan mall sold only about 10 cups a day. The chain rapidly became Indonesia's largest coffee chain by outlet count — around 800-900 locations in 2020-2022, across more than 100 cities. It is run by Jiwa Group (PT Luna Boga Narayan), which also owns toast and tea brands, with a grab-and-go format built around local flavors like palm-sugar coffee.
