Li-Ning was founded in 1989 by Olympic gymnastics champion Li Ning and is headquartered in Beijing (with a group HQ site added in Hong Kong in 2023). It is one of China's largest vertically integrated sportswear companies, covering footwear, apparel and equipment design, manufacturing and retail. The group's portfolio also includes Double Happiness table tennis gear and licensed AIGLE and Lotto operations in China. 2024 revenue was about RMB 28.68 billion, up 3.9% year-on-year. The company is listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
