Description
Lotus's is the former Tesco Malaysia chain, taken over by Thailand's Charoen Pokphand (CP) Group after it acquired Tesco's Thailand and Malaysia operations for roughly $10 billion in 2020. The rebrand to Lotus's was completed on 31 March 2021, with the chain inheriting about 9,000 employees, one head office, two distribution centres and 62 stores across Peninsular Malaysia.
