Description
Meituan (美团) is a Chinese local-services platform and the country's largest food-delivery service, also offering restaurant bookings, grocery delivery (Meituan Maicai), ride-hailing, bike-sharing (Meituan Bike, formerly Mobike), and hotel/travel booking. Founded by Wang Xing in 2010 as a group-buying site, it later merged with restaurant-review service Dianping. Meituan is listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange and headquartered in Beijing.
