Description

Mixue Group is a low-cost ice cream and tea drink chain founded in 1997 in Zhengzhou by Zhang Hongchao, starting from a single stall near a university campus. By the end of 2025 it operated close to 60,000 stores in China and abroad, the world's largest food-service chain by outlet count. Most locations are franchised, with revenue coming mainly from supplying ingredients and equipment to franchisees.
