Description
Ogawa Coffee is a specialty roaster founded in 1952 in Kyoto, ranked among the city's three legendary old coffee houses alongside Inoda and Maeda. Over 70+ years it built an integrated roasting operation supplying cafes in Kyoto, Tokyo and Boston. Its 2022 Sakaimachi Nishiki shop, in a restored Kyo-machiya townhouse near the original roastery site, blends traditional craftsmanship with modern specialty-coffee standards.
