Description
OneConnect (金融壹账通) is a cloud-based technology platform for financial institutions, affiliated with Ping An Group; it listed on the NYSE in 2019 (NYSE: OCFT) and later on the Hong Kong exchange too. Its solutions — including Direct Bank Cloud and Financial Cloud for SMEs — use big data, blockchain and AI, and have served nearly all of China's major banks plus 99% of city banks. In 2024–2025 Ping An moved to take it private and delist it.
