Pacamara Coffee Roasters, founded by Warong "Koong" Chalanuchpong — Thailand's only lead instructor certified by the Specialty Coffee Association of America — grew from importing beans and brewing gear into a specialty chain with its own milling, roasting and green-coffee processing plant. It has expanded to over 15 locations in Bangkok and Chiang Mai, including a flagship Specialty Coffee Lab combining a cafe with a barista academy.
