Phê La was founded in March 2021 in Vietnam under the slogan 'We sell specialty oolong tea,' built around a single-ingredient focus: Đà Lạt oolong from Phước Lạc Farm in Lâm Đồng province. Launched mid-pandemic, it gained traction quickly, selling over 210,000 drinks in its first five months (about 42,000 monthly). The chain now has more than 30 outlets in Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City, Đà Lạt, and Đà Nẵng, priced at VND 55,000-65,000 per cup.
