Description
Qihoo 360 was founded in 2005 by Zhou Hongyi, headquartered in Beijing. It became known for its free 360 Security Guard antivirus and browser, which dominated China's PC security market. Delisted from the NYSE in 2016, it went public again via reverse merger on the Shanghai Stock Exchange in 2018 (601360.SH). Today it focuses on enterprise cybersecurity, big data, and AI development for government and corporate clients.
