Description
Gurunavi is Japan's largest restaurant guide and reservation platform, founded in 1996 and listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange in 2000. Rakuten became its top shareholder in 2019 and in 2021 transferred its own delivery business, "Rakuten Delivery" (Rakuten Demae), to Gurunavi via a corporate split. The combined platform covers over 30,000 delivery restaurants and 100,000+ listings, generating data on Japan's restaurant market.
