Saigon Cosmetics Corporation (SCC), based in Ho Chi Minh City, is a former state-owned enterprise converted into a joint-stock company in 2000, with more than 50 years of history and over 300 staff including 100-plus engineers and specialists. Its factory in Cat Lai Industrial Zone, spanning 17,000 sq m, can produce up to 12 million fragrance units per shift per year and 400,000 perfume bottles per month under brands including Miss Saigon Perfume and Miss Vietnam Perfume, exporting to more than 10 countries.
