Description
Shaanxi Blower Group (陕鼓), branded ShaanGu, was founded in 1968 in Xi'an, began production in 1975, and became a group in 1996. Its listed unit, Xi'an Shaangu Power, was set up in 1999 and IPO'd on the Shanghai Stock Exchange in 2010 (ticker 601369). It makes axial and centrifugal compressors, energy-recovery turbines, blowers and fans — nearly 2,000 models — serving metallurgy, petrochemicals and power generation.
