Description
Shenzhen Airlines was founded in November 1992 and began operations on 17 September 1993, with its hub at Shenzhen Bao'an International Airport. Air China acquired a controlling 51% stake in 2010, with the remaining 49% held by Shenzhen International Holdings and the Shenzhen municipal government, making it a state-linked carrier. The airline operates a fleet of over 200 aircraft, ranking among China's largest domestic passenger carriers.
