Sime Darby Oils is the downstream refining and specialty-fats arm of Sime Darby Plantation, the world's largest producer of Certified Sustainable Palm Oil, with downstream operations across roughly 16 countries. Upstream, the parent manages 241 estates and 71 mills over ~600,000 hectares in Malaysia, Indonesia, Papua New Guinea and the Solomon Islands, supplying refined oils, confectionery/infant-nutrition specialty fats and biodiesel, using digital traceability tools such as its 'Crosscheck' system.
