Founded in 2002 in Shenzhen, SonoScape (开立医疗) develops and manufactures ultrasound diagnostic systems, endoscopy equipment, electrocardiography devices, and in-vitro diagnostics, selling in over 130 countries. In 2004 it released the world's first portable color Doppler ultrasound system with a 15-inch LCD screen, and its shares are listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange.
