Description
Opened February 28, 2019 in Tokyo's Nakameguro, this was the fifth Starbucks Reserve Roastery worldwide and the first designed from scratch by a Japanese team led by architect Kengo Kuma. The four-story building houses a 17-meter roasting cask, Japan's first Princi bakery, a Teavana bar and Starbucks' first cocktail bar, with about 250 staff roasting an estimated 680,000 kg of coffee yearly and over 100 exclusive drinks.
