Tecsun (Desheng Yanglou) was established in 1997 as a wholly owned subsidiary of American Federal Tecsun, Inc., based in Suzhou Industrial Park. It specializes in designing and building American-style wood-frame houses and villas, covering the full cycle from structural framing to interior finishing. Its roughly 30-acre Suzhou headquarters includes a themed "Portland Street" garden, with the Desheng Tower office complex in the Dushu Lake higher-education district; its Kunshan industrial base spans 181 acres.
