Tencent (founded 1998, headquartered in Shenzhen) is a Chinese technology conglomerate operating the QQ and WeChat (Weixin) messaging platforms and is the world's largest video game publisher, developing Honor of Kings and owning Riot Games (League of Legends) plus stakes in Epic Games, Ubisoft and Activision Blizzard. It also runs Tencent Cloud and WeChat Pay, and is listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
