Founded in 1988 in Jiading, Shanghai, as the Jiale Seasoning and Food Factory, Totole became a leading Chinese maker of chicken bouillon and seasonings. Nestlé joined as a partner in 1999, bringing international R&D and technology. Today Totole offers nearly 300 product items across solid and liquid seasoning lines and helped draft China's national chicken-bouillon industry standard.
