Shenzhen Qingyi Photomask (清溢光电), founded in 1997 in Shenzhen's Nanshan district, is one of China's earliest and largest domestic photomask manufacturers, supplying masks for LCD/OLED panel production, touch panels, printed circuit boards and semiconductor chips, including LTPS, IGZO and AMOLED processes. Listed on Shanghai's STAR Market (688138) since 2020, it plays a key role in localizing China's semiconductor and display supply chains.
